MATEEN Emails transaction links to our customers directly from our system. It's automated to give them the current status of their transactions, including any changes or events that have occurred since the link was created. So our customers receive the most up-to-date information on their transactions, data is available online 24 hours a day worldwide, and we secure data transmission to and from our system.

When a transaction such as a Warehouse Receipt, Cargo Release, etc. is created for a customer, we can choose to have an email sent automatically, or we can set up our system to send an email message only when we want one sent. We can also customize the message in the email.
We are able to give its customers real-time updates of their orders on their smart phones. Track freight, see shipment status, view inventory, invoices, and more, right on a mobile device or smart phone at any time.

MATEEN Control Tower concept is based on five steps. First, our team and processes are focusing on making a proactive follow-up of all the shipments, and continuously feeding our Information System. Second, our systems monitor the supply chain with its Supply Chain Event Management (SCEM) functionality. Third, if our customers decide to be notified proactive, our Information System is able to notify customers when any shipment move to the next event. Additionally to the notification, customer can check status in our web site or downloading our smartphone app. Fourth, MATEEN is reporting KPIs in our Monthly Review Meetings and analyzing the performance gaps. So we are able to identify and prioritize the different improvement initiatives. Fifth, we execute the improvement initiatives, and we adapt the supply chain.
